Michael Jay at Progressive Caucus
Michael Jay co-author with Mal Burstein Northern California Chair of the resolution to censure Senator Dianne Feinstein for her recent votes for Mukasey and Southwick during debate prior to final vote. About 200 members voted overwhelmingly to censure with no one speaking against the measure. It was sent to the Resolution Committee of the CDP where they refused to consider it.
