Hill, author of "10 Steps to Repair American Democracy," explained the need for run-off voting and proportional representation. "The election machine is broken... First and foremost, we must have fair election officials regardless of Diebold(the electronic voting machines)."

Hill said that there is more economic inequality than at any time since the New Deal. The World Health Organization ranks the US 37th in the world, yet we spend 2x as much per capita on health care...the problem being the misspending on the system we have. In addition, 50 million people have no health care at all.
Incompetence may not be an impeachable offense, but it is certainly enough to throw the bums out, said Hill.
